Each course is focused on one topic and includes:
- video introduction
- tasks to be performed
- frequently asked questions with answers

The application is a development of the project "What with this sex?", Which debuted on Instagram (@kasia_coztymseksem). The author of the content and the originator is the sexologist Kasia Koczułap.
